Trevligt designat museum med, för tillfället, en fantastisk Monet-utställning. Själva utställningen var bra presenterad, men jag måste erkänna att det vore trevligt med lite mer engagerade museums var... read more »Nicely designed museum with, at the moment, a great Monet exhibition. One of the best museums I've ever been. Nice architecture by Zaha Hadid and nice impressionist collection as well
Beautiful architecture designed by the late architect Zaha Hadid. The experience from exterior and interior of the building is each unique yet coherent to one another, a master piece of architectural design.
Revolving exhibitions. Zaha Hadid extension overrated and not appropriate the setting though.

Ordrupgaard is situated in a lovely scenery, which is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting it every year. Especially when the weather is nice in spring, there's nothing better then enjoying a cafe in the garden. The museum is composed of two wings, the new one which features temporary exhibitions and the old one where is the permanent exhibition. The permanent one has mostly Danish art while the temporary one focuses on different artists.
It is very small museum and I love the location in beautiful woods and building. Worth visit.
