This is the best small brewery in Denmark! Everything is organically made, and their beers have fantastic flavor. Their beers were featured in a Rick Steves' Europe episode. Mr. Seidenfaden (the owner) has a great thing going here!
Karsten TamboI have over time buy tasted very different beer from most of Europe-but until now I haven't come across anything that comes up in the vicinity of beer from the brewery Rise. And even my wife-who absolutely were not øldrikker-revels with great pleasure the ærø beer down in her palate, with purpose sounds to follow. It's just the best. In addition, there are no precipitate (dead yeast) in the product, because it tastes afskygeligt. MVH. Karsten Tambo ps. I'm going to Rise again to pick up new supply.show original
