  • After a nice bike ride, it is a pleasure to reach Rise brewery. Beautiful landscape, pleasant town and a great brewery with wonderful beers. There just needs to be tasted

  • We were a group of 11 people, which was to have a tour of the brewery as well as lunch. It had been order a month ago, but despite it, seemed detsom about they were not prepared for our visit. Other visitors went ahead of us, and there was not a table reserved especially for us. It seemed as if they don't quite had a grip on things. We were allowed to eat lunch in the garden, which was fine enough, but where others got the tablecloth on the table, we were not ... Maybe small insignificant details, but not good enough, since we had contacted the ground in advance.

  • Loved their organic beer so had to visit, lovely cafe with outdoor terrace and beer tasting plate. And fake stuffed lion for good measure.
  • This is the best small brewery in Denmark! Everything is organically made, and their beers have fantastic flavor. Their beers were featured in a Rick Steves' Europe episode. Mr. Seidenfaden (the owner) has a great thing going here!
  • Really good beer!

  • I have over time buy tasted very different beer from most of Europe-but until now I haven't come across anything that comes up in the vicinity of beer from the brewery Rise. And even my wife-who absolutely were not øldrikker-revels with great pleasure the ærø beer down in her palate, with purpose sounds to follow. It's just the best. In addition, there are no precipitate (dead yeast) in the product, because it tastes afskygeligt. MVH. Karsten Tambo ps. I'm going to Rise again to pick up new supply.
