  • Good atmosphere, but there were unfortunately no activities, when we were passing by. We missed a little better information about what's going on in the building-and when.

  • We were impressed today over Foodfestivallens first Aarhus Food Court, which was held in The raw Hall. 50kr for adults for both Saturday and Sunday. So nice to meet "new" foodtrucks, which we have not previously met. Lots of tasty options and communication with exhibitors at foodtrucks. One of our highlights of the day was Møllerup goods with forces of good by, among other things. the Director's daughter (9. KL) and her friend could both informe, sell and communicate about food with hemp. We know all "landlords" from TV, where we presented the development of hemp, which is now, among other things. negotiated in Landmand.dk and Supermarket. We try several things tasted and bought a good variety of roasted and shelled hemp seed for breakfast, hampemel of hemp and hemp mustard pancakes. Hampen is indeed in progress-also in our food-due to its Omega3 fatty acids Alpha Linolenic Acid/6 and GLA in a balanced relationship, and in addition, protein, amino acids and good with fiber. We will also highlight the Natural kitchen from Brønderslev, a retired couple who love Sea buckthorn and make havtorne syrup, havtorne syrup, havtorne Furthermore, marmalades and rosehip jam and assorted sennep'er. They have put their working lives with good careers behind them and enjoying to cultivate this passion. Their good food, as we also bought, can only be purchased by diligently at fairs and exhibitions. There was a little cold in The raw Hall, especially for exhibitors.
