  • I have been going to Aarhus for many years and still love the old town but this new dock area is turning out to be amazing. The pinnacle of this is the new library which is absolutely incredible. It's...  more »
  • The building itself is a sight worth but you owe it to themselves to come in and go up the grand staircase to the building's Centre where you really get a good idea of how many diverse offerings "to bygens customers and citizens. Treat yourself to go even one floor up and enjoy the panoramic views of the port area-sit if necessary. in the sumptuous chairs and read the newspaper or a book, or jerking a tooth back into the room and borrow a computer; There is something for everyone, including children, who have their very own, very exciting area. Set good time of the visit, there is really a lot to see and experience. Are you in the car then try this amazing new P-House, a wonderful experience when we now still must park.

  • Wow ... This is really an exciting allbrukshus. Shows us how the future library can be. Inspiring and fascinating buildings.

  • One of the best libraries in the world. I often study there and do my research, but you might have problems doing that if you require complete silence. There are private rooms which you can book though. This is a very inspirational place for me and I love how everyone can use it, even if you have a kid there is lots of play areas. If you need a quick study break, you can take a walk inside, play table hockey or foosball, play Xbox or PS4, what ever. Best place in Aarhus by far. I would really like for it to work through the night.
  • It's more of a place to read than to study if studying, for you requires extra silence and attention. It's quite noisy always. Few silent rooms so you've got to grab a seat early in those places. The architecture and design is just awesome. It overlooks the harbor giving you a nice scenery outside. Books to read, scene to enjoy and design to relish. What else do you want? :)
  • Best library in the world. Kids, elders, youngsters, entrepreneurs, everyone has a space to thrive there.
  • This is a must visit in Aarhus. Very interesting architecture. It's not like any other library. There's a small cozy cafe, and the view from the terrace is awesome.
  • Interesting library. Too bad you need to follow so many steps to use the free wifi.
