  • Very nice tour of the main library in the city of Aarhus. Very easy to navigate, read books and learn. Several spaces dedicated to children and beautiful outdoor spaces for toys and discover! I recommend!

  • This is an iconic building that is definitely worth paying a visit. Bring your kids since there are lots of places with entertainment for them!
  • What a lovely experience to visit DOK 1, you can get many hours to go there. It is still føtst and all to go around at the library and see the beautiful frames, great to sit and look out over the Harbor, sit and read magazines and newspapers. I am impressed by the conditions they offer such ex students, with their fine group study rooms, and offers to young families .... And finally, there is a wonderful cafe.

  • One of the best libraries in the world. I often study there and do my research, but you might have problems doing that if you require complete silence. There are private rooms which you can book though. This is a very inspirational place for me and I love how everyone can use it, even if you have a kid there is lots of play areas. If you need a quick study break, you can take a walk inside, play table hockey or foosball, play Xbox or PS4, what ever. Best place in Aarhus by far. I would really like for it to work through the night.
  • It's more of a place to read than to study if studying, for you requires extra silence and attention. It's quite noisy always. Few silent rooms so you've got to grab a seat early in those places. The architecture and design is just awesome. It overlooks the harbor giving you a nice scenery outside. Books to read, scene to enjoy and design to relish. What else do you want? :)
  • Best library in the world. Kids, elders, youngsters, entrepreneurs, everyone has a space to thrive there.
  • This is a must visit in Aarhus. Very interesting architecture. It's not like any other library. There's a small cozy cafe, and the view from the terrace is awesome.
  • Interesting library. Too bad you need to follow so many steps to use the free wifi.
