Alt fra en hån... read more »The place is steeped in history, both in terms of location, but also the very Museum that comes well around the special army. There is plenty of material there is promotion, so you can touch the wood. Everything from a small arms to tanks and an F-16. Great place for kids, young at heart, veterans, former soldiers and, not least, historically interested where the occupation also has a very good exhibition and an exhibition about the site's original function, as was water airbase for the Germans) There is something raw about the place, so one senses that rather more are created by real enthusiasts rather than professional museum staff, which go more up in the fintpolerede and aesthetic. Mest intres... read more »The man who took us was very nice and told me about the Museum buildings background and about how the Germans used the Aalborg's three (!) airports during World War II. Very much appreciated. Most interesting was the exhibition on the German refugees, it was the one for me unknown piece of history of the second world war.show original
Thomas PoulsenDefinitely worth a visit, was there along with my kids and it first as we got told by the staff was that you had to pick, my 2 boys were crazy about the many beautiful old vehicles, tanks, etc. Which you can climb on, old fire trucks and aeroplanes mm. Square is closed so we can just let the young ones, also the small, running around.show original
