  • We signed up for a group tour with Pavel Batel and were greatly impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and the experience that he provided to us. We were able to tour both the ghetto and camp, v...  more »
  • You can find movies and books about World War II already gripping? Then a visit to Theresienstadt you by cutting your soul. It is simply an unreal place where many have been wronged to many people. It's really a place that you must have seen and certainly for the history lovers amongst us. The first sight of Theresienstadt was very impressive. The contrast between the beautiful and the bad is very clear. On the other hand the city itself very nice, everything is nicely finished, but on the other hand, feel just right on that something happened. At the finish in Theresienstadt was the Guide to lead us around all ready for us. He has delivered excellent work. He has everything well explained and he spake also clear. After the tour, we also visited the museum. A disadvantage is that you have to take a guide and that you are not free to walk around. Theresienstadt is well worth a visit and also I recommend everybody to use if you are in Prague too. Both the place itself and the museum are impressive.

  • Very interesting and the visit will not be boring. You can visit it all in an hour (fast) but it would be better to linger longer. The visit you can do it independently, buying a map in Italian that explains the various points of interest in sole 5 crowns.

  • Go a this place sadly known is almost a must if you go to Prague for several days or if you want to take a tour of the Czech Republic. From the point of view of tourism is extremely accurate and respect for that place is felt in every place. I made a tour in English because in Italian was not available and help care in telling detail is commendable. Definitely a place that I recommend to anyone travelling in the vicinity: lest we forget.
