  • Not many tourists will make it here but it is well worth the trip when you stay in Prague for 3 nights or more.
  • This originally commercial building from 1929 is very nicely refurbished after the ' wende ' and for those who can appreciate the beauty of functionalist architecture is highly recommended. The collection of 19th and 20th century works of art here is quite good. Among others, works by Kupka (one of the first abstract painters) are at their best.

  • A guide to the most of the staff from the upstairs downstairs while the spectator gets taken down as akin to modern art, I felt something. Maybe that's why it seems so staff would like to guide you. National Gallery picture of the week in the Czech Republic that writers thought to make the famous author's paintings, including Picasso, Van Gogh so Klimt also have been a number of small intestine was so beneficial time. Much of modern art than the classical art there are lots of benefits, please visit a note.

  • A once in a lifetime experience to see Picasso, Klimt to Warhole spoiled by rude, untrained and unknowable staff. They seem intent on making you feel like a criminal at every turn, being followed around and barked at. It verged on the ridicious ( to myself and other visistors). From London, Berlin to New York, I have never had this bad experience. I've If you have a bag (and foreign) you have to have it put in a cloak room. Seems locals are immune to this law. I paid not to be treated like a criminal, nor a kid. A mass sacking is needed to turn this place around.. a pity
  • Awesome, awesome place. Spend an entire day here discovering modern art by renowned Czech and European artists, and finish it off with a coffee and snack at the café downstairs.
  • Magnificent. In additional to Muchas masterpiece 'Slav Epic' you've also got another 4floors of great art, sculpture etc etc . Spent almost 4 hours here.
  • Great gallery. 5 floors filled with art of different periods.
  • Awesome pieces from big artist like van Gogh. But also cool modern art.
