However, we were not thrilled. Descriptions of the tools of torture poprzyklejane like tape or glue, Nothing behind glass. If it were done quickly. Walked all in 20 minutes reading the Orava region each description. And provides us with a tour will take 1, 5 h ... PS in the building was not also the toilet.show original
Mon compagnon voulait absolument le faire. J'ai trouvé le prix chère par rapport à la durée de la visite (6€ par personne pour 15/20mn). On a vite fait le tour. Pas indispensable à mon avis!My companion wanted to do. I found the expensive price compared to the duration of the visit (€ 6 per person for 15 / 20 minutes). The tour was quick. Not necessary in my opinion!show original

Definitely worth the visit as entry ticket only 150 Kc. They have good variety and sizes of torture instruments from smallest to the most scary. Also all instruments have a picture to show the method of torture and explained in 5 languages including english, spanish, german, french, cesky etc. Excellent for both education purpose and also to just get scary feel of torure we see only in movies
Waste of time and money! It's very tiny museum and not that interesting even for 6 Euro. It's just 3 floors with couple of rooms on each. You'll not find most of the scenes from the website photo gallery, it just fakes. I even doesn't think that all the items are real and genuine. More likely they were made nowadays from pictures and books.
Definitely worth checking this museum out. It's got 3 floors of unbelievable devices and descriptions of when and how they were used
The collection of apparatus is some comprehensive and the description of each torture apparatus is very informative. This museum however is unsuitable for those who hate disgusting things.
Interesting place, full of inspiration... :)
