Old Town Bridge Tower, Prague
Categories: Architectural Buildings, Historic Sites, Tourist Spots
Walk the "royal way" under the triumphal arch of Old Town Bridge Tower, just like ancient Bohemian kings did on their way to coronation. Schwabian architect Peter Parler designed the tower as part of city's fortifications in the 14th century. Climb 138 stairs to an observation room to look out over the old town. Above the arch, on the coats of arms, you'll notice a black eagle on a golden background and a silver two-tailed lion on a red background. The three statues above the coats of arms represent two Bohemian kings, Charles IV and Wenceslas IV, and the patron saint of Bohemia, St. Vitus. That might be the best part I liked about Prague. Great shopping area with great foods and arts. However the place is kinda crowded with tourists, so pricing might not be as friendly as other places.

The point where visitors enters into the Old Town. It is also a very eye-catching landmark and monument of the city.
Easy to miss, but worth the detour. The museum itself isn't so impressive, but the views from the top are worth the cost.
One of many iconic places of Prague. Enjoy castle view and big crowd of touristits. Also, beware of pickpockets
Good Photo spot, you can go on top of the Tower.
Uniquely located to provide great views of the castle and the old town of Prague. Do not hesitate, it is totally worth it.
