  • Fantastic, well laid out, open and welcoming museum. There's loads to see, and if you follow the marked walkway, you can see everything in chronological order. My only gripe is having to pay extra for the privilege to take photographs. Recommended to all. Very interesting.
  • Fantastically laid-out and presented museum and thoroughly worth the entry fee (190CZK). Don't let the slightly dour exterior put you off - this is easily one of the best museums I've ever visited, and I only wish we'd allowed more of the day to really do it justice.
  • It was not interactive at all. Most of the interactive stuff was out of order. Also, an entire floor dedicated to house appliances and photos of racing(racing was called playful technology). If you like reading for 200 kc go for it. Otherwise read a book.
  • Very impressive museum with a lot of detail. Most of the exhibits start in the mid to late 19th century. Really well maintained, curated and clean. It can be a lot to delve into each exhibit but it was still fun just walking through some of them without really stopping to read. The building isn't very impressive from the outside but I was pleasantly surprised once I went in.
  • The absolute best museum in Prague (best museum I've ever been to, as a matter of fact). Very diverse and excelently organized. It has 14 exhibitions on 7 levels, amongst transport, astronomy, clocks, photography, printing, mining. I also caught a temporary exhibithion about the italian pre-ww2 racing driver Tazio Nuvolari. For classic car/bike/plane enthusiasts, the transport section is heaven. The other sections are very interesting also, for all ages. This is a 5-6 hours museum. For what it has to offer, the 190 ck admission fee is practicly a nobrainer.
