Where to stay in Prague

As one of Europe’s main tourist destinations, Prague offers a selection of accommodations to match its popularity, from luxury hotels to very affordable hostels. For an authentic Prague experience, stay at one of the guesthouses or boutique hotels housed inside the city's historical buildings. You'll find many lodgings concentrated around the most popular sightseeing areas, such as the Old Town, the Lesser Town, and Prague Castle, but there are also a good number of them in other neighborhoods. The best way to make Prague feel like home is to rent a fully furnished apartment.

  • This was a great market to visit. A large variety of food and product. We happened to be there when there was a wine festival also going on. We will go back.  more »

  • Thanks to my wife, we have spent an hour into this local market along the Moldava. It's few meters far from the "Dancing house" and it totally worth a visit to feel and smell real Czech product with locals and few tourists. Location is also nice and cool.
  • Nice atmosphere. Fresh vegetables a meat. But some stuff is cheaper in regular supermarket. You need to be carefull to buy a real farm product.
  • Perfect selection of homemade or otherwise little known food and other food related items. Sold by locals almost every time. It does get crowded, so beware.
  • Great market features local products and friendly merchants. Great beer and coffee among other things.
  • Almost all year farmers market in the centre. Lot of local food and drinks, worth to stop by. Also local cider, beer, honeywine (Mead) or delicious coffee or tea. Seasonal vegetable and fruit.
