  • The Museum has held up well, but the problem is that there is little to see! The tour lasts ... 20 min. wanting to do some "selfie" with some character that is closest to reality. It's not worth it.

  • Not worth it at all. At first we thought it was a joke. We were only there about 10 minutes. Basically a scam/tourist trap. There are dozens on lovely museums in Prague. Go to one of those instead :-)  more »
  • Not to compare with Berlin. Unfortunately, I don't know London. But here in Prague, it's bad. too much is €6 per person. The figures do not just see themselves. Karel Gott to. B. looks like a zerknautschter dog and Michael Jackson also in addition.

  • We stumbled across prague wax museum and decided we would check it out. We thought it was very limited on characters and was very small, so one could walk around it in 10 minutes. Some of the celebrities were very detailed and looked good, others not so good like Arnie or Tina Turner. Could be better!
  • I believe, that this is not a licensed partner from 'Madame Tussauds'. They just stole the name and made their own wax museum. You can prove this, by looking at the tickets and the flyer you get at the entrance. Both are not labeled as 'Madame Tussauds', but as 'Wax Museum Prague'. Furthermore I do not think, that you should spend you money here, eventhough you only have to pay a small price. The museum is to small and most of the objects displayed look unreal.
  • I really recommend this place, not the best one, but you can take funny photos. $
  • Do not recommend. Museum is a scam, looks nice on the outside but is a total rip off on the inside. Don't waste your money like we did.
  • not the best one but if you like to take pictures with wax celebrities so you will like that place

Where to stay in Prague

As one of Europe’s main tourist destinations, Prague offers a selection of accommodations to match its popularity, from luxury hotels to very affordable hostels. For an authentic Prague experience, stay at one of the guesthouses or boutique hotels housed inside the city's historical buildings. You'll find many lodgings concentrated around the most popular sightseeing areas, such as the Old Town, the Lesser Town, and Prague Castle, but there are also a good number of them in other neighborhoods. The best way to make Prague feel like home is to rent a fully furnished apartment.
