  • I think that no one is wondering on my personal feelings, so only a few practical observations. I've heard that the Kingdom of the railways is suitable for children from 2 years of age. I regard this as nonsense. Children under 4 years there were running without voluntarily pay models at a glance. Hot hatch in the floor or touch display is delivered more. Of course, those may be exceptions, however, we have not seen. In the locker room is missing any bench. Be sure to remember to bring desetikorunu to lock the locker!!! Admission is not small, but it can help you in various ways, for example, a symbiosis with ČD, or the mobile operator O2. Read it on the Web site of the Kingdom of the railways. The toilet is inside the exposure down. The exposition includes not only models of railways, but also something out of LEGO, Merkur and wooden construction kits, but railways are probably the most interesting. The attention to detail and the effect is stunning. It looks like they are working on the model yet, but already now it is huge. Kingdom of railways.

  • If you came to Prague with kids, this place is worth a visit. Coolest Museum for both children and adults. There are a lot of miniature trains, cars, homes and more, everybody will find something interesting for themselves. There is also an interesting idea with the switching of light, thereby changing day to night. I would like to mention another bus and tram, where kids can pressing the buttons and feel the driver.

  • If you are tired with the children walk around the city, you adults have time to relax there:). .. children paradise run and view exhibits ... There are 4-e exhibit-train, trolley bus, tram and train, made from these buildings, with all the innards of the driver's cab, instead of windshield interactive screen, with views of the road on which moves this transport included lights, the doors open so the room for games for the very young ... In General, a paradise for children ...

  • The place in nice for children! They have some great model railways, one of them is really huge. A lot of the focus is on transportation in Prague. So they have a bunch of "simulators"... They are not really simulators... You can play with switches and stuff, but the driving is just a film running on a screen. Kids love it... But I would have loved to try a real train simulator :)
  • Didn't meet expectations at all. The model of Prague is disappointing: railways near the city are presented extensively, while the old town is just a set of incomplete pieces. Changing of the day and night in the model is good idea, but it is done awfully: the rooms of museum are dark almost all the time. Interactivity is primitive. Also, I can only wonder, what Lego and old style toys do there? All in all, exposition is inconsistent. Tickets are too expensive (adult ticket costs 260 CZK) for such level of quality. I don't recommend this place for visit.
  • Really amazing display, so much larger than I ever expected and with incredible attention to detail. Great for adults and children, there's just so much to look at and explore. Once you take in the scope you can start noticing all of the fabulous details, it's hard to magine how much work went into creating everything that you see.
  • Absolutely amazing place for anyone who is interested by trains or public transport. It gives a lot of information about how the railway started in the country and brings you through to present time.
  • Instantly turns even adults into wide-eyed 5 year olds. It's a magical, seemingly unending world of miniature trains running along miniature towns, over hills, through forests, farms, what not. The lighting periodically changes between daytime and nighttime, adding to the magic. Great place to go for railway enthusiasts, miniature fans of all ages. Friendly and helpful staff too.
