  • This is one of the best spas that I have been too. The girl on reception was so lovely, polite and gave 5 star service! She was extremely knowledgable about everything they offered. We chose the beer ...  more »

  • Nice hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. There are also a couple of restaurants in the hotel. The location was quite good. It is close to the metro station and withing walking distance to the Old town square. Recommended
  • We had a suite reserved and when we arrived the suite had no sofa - only a chair. They were unable to move us that day - but the next day upgraded us to a great room with a patio with a great view of the city. Kudos to Rastislav at the front desk - he promised a good exchange and even though he was not there the next day - he left instructions that were followed by others and we had a great second evening watching the sun go down over Prague. Priceless.
  • This is a good hotel with spacious clean rooms, nice staff and excellent breakfast. The location is good but not ideal. There are many cheaper hotels that are closer to the most attractive places. But it's not a big problem because the public transportation in Prague is quite good and affordable. So what's the reason for my 3 star rating? This hotel would definitely deserve more than 3 stars but... The common problem of many Czech hotels is that they are overrated. This one is not an exception. In my opinion it doesn't deserve more than 4 stars. At least not according to the European standards. Giving it a higher rating would be unfair to the other hotels that offer true 5 star accommodation and services. Sorry.
  • We arrived quite early but they gave us a room without any hassle. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with live piano as background music. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we found small local restaurants to eat at. All staff were friendly and helpful with nothing being a problem. An easy walk or tram ride into town and there are a couple local shops close by should you need anything.
  • Nice hotel but a joke if anyone calls this 5 star. Stayed at other hotels in Prague and this is not 5 star!! Hotel is in nice location, well kept. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are clean and nice size. Washrooms are updated and no complaints. My only issue with this hotel was the reception. We received a bit of attitude from the only lady at the reception at 1:40 PM of the 30th of June. There were a few men at the reception who seemed very pleasant but the lady we dealt with felt her head was bigger than the planet. Dear lady, if you really are that special on the planet, you may consider becoming the president of the EU or something, a receptionist at a hotel should be polite as it is a hospitality job. I hope hotel management teaches you some manners when talking to guest. And if you are the manger, I feel sorry for the people who work under you. If it was not for her, I'd probably give the hotel 4 stars.
