  • An interesting walk through the underground of Pilsen, I was there as a Plzeňák a few times already and really would like to have it extend the guided tour. Exposed historical objects found in burials, wells, are amazing when one realizes that the well as waste. Also wooden water supply is fine. It is also a good place to heat in the winter and cooling in summer. It is necessary to count with low ceilings and a variety of "beams" across the corridor, luckily giving away helmets. Also, there's a lot of steps, you must reckon with the fact that it is not the best activity for people who have a problem with mobility (elderly, very young children, people with disabilities). PS: If you have very high friends who you just did something, take them on a tour of the underground;-)

  • In Pilsen is there a subterranean system of corridors and areas, where the population formerly stuff stored, lurked at the time of unrest/war, and sometimes even came together. You can take a tour, but that is not always in English. The guide that I had, was an elderly lady who spoke only Czech. She talked very monotonous and emotionless, so it was a very clean tour. Fortunately, there were scattered signs with text and explanation, also in English, making it still enigsinz it became clear what all has happened.

  • If you do not know where to go in the summer days, it is the obvious choice, Plzeňské underground. Tours, history of the town, beer tasting, purchase of souvenirs.
