  • My girlfriend and I visited the castle this afternoon. It lasted about 50 minutes. The collection of paintings is interesting but we lacked some explanations. We were told to plan a VIP tour that last...  more »

  • Awesome chateau. Really recommend visiting. The chateau restaurant is also an experience to try when visiting.
  • Wunderfully restored castle after being returned to the original owners, the Lobkowicz family. Many exquisite details remain and unique furniture and paintings are to be seen during one of the informative guided tours. Czech only but they have English or German booklets.
  • Definitely worth a visit. Located just up the hill from the birthplace of Antonin Dvorak but much more interesting as a tourist site. The exterior of the building is decorated in sgraffito style; the Interiors are splendid and historic. I recommend reading up on the history of the Lobkowicz family to fully appreciate this beautiful manor.
  • Amazing place, great personal and the feeling of this place is really good.
  • Interesting tour, with the option for English text while taking the tour with a Czech group (cheaper than English speaking tour). One of the best gift shops we've seen in a place like this. Definitely worth checking out if modern history is your thing.
