A unique exhibition space in the heart of Prague Old Town, which is operated by Foundation Bohemian Baroque. It has been established with the kind support of Municipality Prague 1.

It combines the 3 main elements:

Baroque sculptures of prominent representatives of this style (such as Ottavio Mosto, Matthias Braun).

Mystical "historical graffiti" on the walls as the imprints of the past.

Exhibitions of contemporary art of high quality, which resonate in contrast with the art of the past.

  • Selecting in advance online, rode in this museum. In timetables and on the Internet and on the doors at the end of May was supposed to work. But everything is closed, the guards said that the uncertainly is closed before the end of May. Would love to see, so very disappointing. Please work on a schedule, or warn.

  • If you are a lover of statues and kamenárskych artisans this place is created for you. Very interesting collection and deposit of original works and castings in the numbers around 400 pieces, which are exposed by me nicely with a presentation of similar EU Collections. The Museum is part of the campus, close to the National Gallery to Holešovice Vystaviste about 3 min walk from public transport.

  • Hardly anyone comes to visit this building built in Prague Fairground of Bubeneč for the Jubilee of 1891. Today it is a branch of the National Museum for the "Czech Sculpture from the 11th to the 19th century". Are more than four hundred the exhibits, including seven of the original statues of Charles Bridge. The Museum is very well equipped and there is a time that I don't come here to my coming to Prague. Pity poor attendance, which brought lately to reduce the opening times. Check on the website of the National Museum hours. Entrance of CZK 50.

  • An unexpected gem. This building houses (or it did when I stumbled upon it in 2005, whilst the Veletrzni palac art gallery up the road was shut at lunch time - the art and the building itself of that place being well worth waiting to open) numerous architectural treasures salvaged from around Prague ... from Roman gravestones to monumental Renaissance fountains. Enough to fill at least 4 large rooms, I recall. Put it on your list.
  • An impressive collection of stone treasures. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there. Would be interesting for those who like history.
  • CZE: stored here Are the originals of sculptures, tombstones, or rare. Really worth a visit. I have basically alone. In the evening, the rays of the setting sun to penetrate the entrance gate (Council of the Lady tour guide). ENG: There are kept original sculptures, tombs and precious columns. Really worth a visit. I managed to be here basically alone. Interesting feeling. Evening penetrating rays of the setting sun on the entrance gate (advice Mrs Guide)
