  • This ossuary has only been open to the public since 2012, and while it's small, it's an interesting place for a short stop. The ossuary is a few meters to the right of the entrance to the Church of St...  more »
  • This is not a guided tour. Every 30 minutes there is a short 3-4 minute presentation about the history, discovery etc. Expected it to be a bit bigger. Ticket tip: If you buy them for this labyrinth an...  more »
  • It apparently is a very small portion of the catacombs of Brno, but it is worth a short visit. Eerie atmosphere with all this skulls and bones.  more »

  • This place is amazing. These were all people once who lived their lives and now they're a wall. Says a lot about life that does. This and the Capuchin Crypt are must visits in Brno.
  • It's really an interesting place. Despite the fact that it is the second largest ossuary in Europe, the exhibition is quite small. Part of the information (the first room) is both in English and Czech language; however, the rest of them is only in Czech. You'll get a 'brochure' with introduction in your native language but is is a bit repetitive (redundant with the information in the entrance room). The chambers with bones are impressive, decorated with some modern artworks (unfortunately descriptions were in Czech language) along the old tombstones. The price wasn't bad but I purchased a concession ticket. This place is certainly worth a visit in Brno.
  • Not so much to see but you can find some interesting information about history of this place and also to see a lot of skulls.
  • Creepy but also interesting. The music and atmosphere there is chilling. I would not recommend to bring kids with you.
  • Quite nice and organized ossuary. One of the biggest on Europe but not so pretty or big as the one in Evora, Portugal.
