  • One of the best beach we have been to. Kids loved the water sports run my locals and very friendly people. The kids loved the place always hard to find somewhere for 6/12/15 year old to be happy for t...  more »
  • Not the first year of the rest of Cyprus, once stayed in the hotel KjeptenPer, which is just across the road (opposite) from the beach, and 2 times lived in saw Seagull achieve, which is also located near from the beach. Yes, the beach is a small, but I love beaches. It's small, but places all missing, while we rest in October, is no longer such a season, in season, is annoying, I think. Set in a sea of gently sloping, sometimes there are stones that washes out after a storm or waves that are uncommon. As well, mostly sand. Set gradual, just no depth, until sufficient distance for buoys, stones on the sides of the Bay, you can snorkel, so many beautiful fishes, even saw sea urchins, can swim out beyond the boundaries of the Bay and swim to other beaches. There is a water equipment rental, we took a boat type Kayak for two persons, it made to the Church of St. Nicholas, you can continue, but have limited time. On the beach there is a toilet, offer massage, near cafes, beach chairs and umbrella. fee. We love this beach, still love to ride because of the amazing Konnos underwater world.

  • Nice relaxing beach, great to families with kids, very clean and sunbeds only cost 2.5 euro for all day. You can bring your food to the beach or go to the super market that is in the corner than for celiac people and come there are products at reasonable price.

  • This is a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The food is of a high standard at every sitting and the drinks, although local are very good. Rooms are of a high standard and have all the amenities you would require. All in all a lovely hotel to stay at and the sea views and it's locality are also excellent
  • Absolutely beautiful place. We had a swim up room which was fantastic food was great would stay here again and already looking to book another holiday her
  • A little disappointed I must say. I asked for a 4 star all inclusive. I booked through first choice and it is a 4t but actually a 3 star. My bed was like sleeping on a rock but they gave me toppers to lessen the blow. Pool was described as massive - its not, and getting a sun bed involves the usual run to grab at 7am. There is an adult only pool. Swim up rooms are nice. Drinks are all in small cups but not at all watered down - avoid the long island iced tea as you will be sleeping quickly after one. Food is generally good and offers a good selection but as always in Cyprus pork features highly. The seating in the restaurant quickly gets filled at peak times. Service staff are waiting to pounce on your table and whip the plates away as you harpoon that last piece of fish. You get the impression there aren't enough plates to go round and they need them quickly. Rooms are a bit hit and miss. They have fantastic views if you are sea/pool side, but if you are at the front you get a view of a building site. I had a sea view double. The room was on the small side and there was some mold in the bathroom. The superior room was a bit larger and nicer. Entertainment team were good and hard working. Keep an eye out for Josh and his magic tricks. The bar and restaurant staff were very nice. The reception staff were generally unhelpful with a smile. I had asked for a late checkout at time of booking due to a night flight to be told on the morning this wasn't going to happen. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed, but i was glad I went for a week and not two.
  • Lovely hotel, excellent cleaning and bar staff. Evening entertainment was brilliant. High five to 'Daffy' one of the barstaff, by far the best they have! Food was great, views were awsome. Lots of facilities.
  • Best hotel we have ever been. to this is our 6th year returning staff brilliant .food fantastic. Animation team and shows fantastic .You would not be disappointed coming here on Holiday.

Where to stay in Protaras

Although a compact city, Protaras offers a wide range of hotels. Luxury hotels tend to be close to the picturesque beaches and offer their own restaurants, bars, and swimming pools. Holiday rentals offer a more economical option and are plentiful here. However, those interested in a large villas may have to compromise on location, as these can be a considerable distance from the seaside and the resort's most popular attractions. But when your accommodations is equipped with a kitchen, pool, and hot tub, you may have little reason to leave the property.
