The Camel Park at Mazotos is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Larnaca Airport and centrally located between Larnaca, Limassol & Nicosia. Established in 1998, it is run by a family whose love for the countryside and animals made it possible for them to create a unique park. In the past, camels were used for transportation on the island but today they can only be found at the Camel Park. Visitors will find plenty of places to take photographs and a souvenir shop that offers mementos of their trip.

The beautiful park has places where adults can sit back and relax whilst their children can enjoy the play area which has a bouncy castle , swings, go-carts, a flight simulator and much more. Children can learn about nature and animals by seeing and touching the deer, ostriches, goats, ponies, horses, donkeys, kangaroos and many other animals. Adults can enjoy a great meal at the restaurant which overlooks the park or have cocktails by the pool. The swimming pool offers a welcome escape from the summer heat for all.

The biggest attractions in the park, of course, are the camels, which visitors can feed and ride. Visitors are welcome to explore the park's scenic grounds or enjoy an exhilarating safari ride through the countryside. This adventure is a wonderful experience for both adults and children.

The Camel Park can also be used for barbecues, school excursions and birthday parties. The restaurant can provide catering for up tp 400 people.

  • Visited the Park in February together with children 6 and 4 years old. Place suitable to spend a whole day there. Inside the park there are:-a large playground with sport simulators; -Arcade/game room and small attractions; -children's playground; -a small Zoo; -large Hutch with camels, donkeys and ponies; Café; -souvenir shop; -large parking lot for the territory. You can ride and a camel and pony rides, and a donkey. Animals can be fed dried bananas, which are sold at the entrance. Very clean and green. The staff is friendly.

  • The park is amazing, lots of camels 50+ and a variety of animals. There’s also games for kids to enjoy and a swimming pool to use in the summer. At the restaurant we enjoyed the warm welcome from George!!! We tried their local sweets (must try), it was so good!!! The place is so relaxing with the sound of the wind and the birds, you can just close your eyes and forget everything. In general, I recommend this place for families, couples and friends. Thanks again for the hospitality.
  • Worth a visit, but not for all day. Very reasonable to get in and the camel food was cheap. Better to buy a big 5€ bag full of dried out bananas. The camels seemed to be well looked after thankfully and were very tame! I felt you could be stung by extras being sold at the entrance like a go on their small VR headset set up but made up for the cheap entry. Loved the camels 🐫
  • Had a really nice time. Was cool seeing a Porcupine and had a nice experience taking a Camel ride. Polite and helpful staff as well. 🐪👏🏻
  • Just amazing. Being there with family and friends, we spend a lovely day. The kids had a lot of fun and played with the games. The variety of the games allows kids of different ages to play and have fun. Camels and other animals (ponies, different kinds of birds, deer, kangaroos, chickens, peacocks, goats etc) are just amazing, giving us and kids to see them, enjoy, ride and feed them. We also tried the restaurant. The food is really nice but the best is the warm welcome that we had. There is a menu, but I suggest trying their buffet. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.
  • nice place to be with kids or not.personally be there with my 3 y.o. son was just amazing. reasonable prices and of course he tried pony ride. lot of animals and friendly staff. didnt try the food
