  • I have visited several times the village. Known for the historic pilgrimage of Holy Cross Monastery, with the Holy relics and the two crosses. The square in front of the monastery for rest, coffee and traditional sweet after the journey from Limassol. Traditional genres, handmade quality, sold in small shops in the narrow streets near the monastery. Village homes walking the streets tidy retain a traditional look reminiscent of Greek island. The village is a remarkable work of local tourism. The surrounding area is a common natural landscape of the greater Western region of Limassol.

  • A typical village for tourists at the outset. At once I wish to warn all don't buy goodies and souvenirs there. Firstly a very expensive (on the coast in ordinary shops and in the same at times cheaper!) Secondly, the quality of the goods and especially sweets. In the year 2016 when visiting villages bought hulum in such non-ferrous, polygonal boxes. So, it turned out to be dry, I almost broke a tooth on it, unfortunately. found out it is already at home. Hulum, bought in Ah-Anapa proved to be of excellent quality. fresh, soft. And ride in a mountains better themselves on the rented car.

Written on the bottle homemade Wine is really cool, easy to drink, easy, no ships and cheers, not causing headache (unless of course you drink in moderation)))
