  • Be sure to visit those who are keen on history of antiquity. Now on the site of the ancient city of Kition excavations take place. The Museum is small. I do not recommend to those who are not interested in the history of the ancient world, since besides the foundations more nothing survived. The town itself has a rich history and for us with her husband this place was a must to visit. Entrance fee 2,50 euro.

  • If you have at hand there is a map or Navigator, you can easily find the Kition. A small archaeological site of the ancient city is located near the port of Larnaca, it cordoned off a metal grid. To get inside, you have to pay 2.5 euros, sign the visitors ' book. You will be offered to go to the Gallery, where there are several clay pots (not the fact that they are ancient) and several paintings by local artists (why they are digging!). Overall impression of the galleries on 1 point. Next you will walk through the mostochku that lies above the "remnants" of the city. All lovers of antiquity will be interesting to see how and what did the walls of the ancient inhabitants of Cyprus.
