  • At a small trip with the car, we steered the Oleastro Park in Cyprus. In the Marco Polo, is he regarded as insider tip and is not easy to find because it is located 3 km outside the village. We were warmly welcomed by a young woman, who speaks perfect German and other languages. She showed us the factory of oil extraction friendly by pressing of the olives, which bring the farmers of the land. To the factory, a small park with a mini zoo is to scratchy dangle of the soul. Also a small Resaurant is on site to enjoy delicacies such as Halloumi and a fresh KEO. I would like to thank again very for this beautiful day. Many greetings from Anja and Thomas

  • A hidden gem of Cyprus. Our visit was a planned one on recommendation from a colleague. We were greeted by a lovely lady who informed us about the history of Oleastro. Our children enjoyed running around, seeing the animals and the many displays. Inside the working olive mill is fascinating, and getting to taste the end product is amazing. All in all, a nice hour or two to kill, and the staff are lovely. Will definitely go back again. Please note though that they don't accept credit / debit cards, so take cash!
  • For a few euros, nice visit of a real organic olive oil mill. Attention the real location is 34.757023,32.760065
  • exhibits in the Park saw. Keeps feeling that 5 years ago on the park itself was fazed. What is Aviary with the inscription "turtle" and armour from it! Oil produced at the plant. But serving "test" suharika with him is minimal. We were pleased with swing, such was nowhere to be seen, but sit down on them in the heat of the impossible. Entrance. 3 Euro-2 euro-adult child if going from Limassol, drive through British military base. It is interesting to look at home personnel base-classic English style.
