So glad we visited this centuries old building and museum. Ask why the floors are sand. They had numerous historical artifacts and items you will not see any place else.
I believe this is the oldest Synagogue in the Western Hemisphere. This Synagogue has a sand floor. Imagine praying and thinking of the beach at the same time
