  • There turned out to be a very small portion to be open to visitors. The rest is trimmed with ribbons. There was 1 guard around to us to point this out, furthermore there is no one. It's old, dilapidated and did especially were killed. There were goats, donkeys, pigs, ostriches and flamingos. In addition, there were 2 horses that you could count the ribs, pathetic! The playground is for the most part also trimmed with ribbons. On the Board States that the renovations until 2023. They had the better all close can throw and the animals can give a better place to live until the renovation is ready! Now it is absolutely not worth the trouble and do it especially, and sad.

  • Our National Zoo started in 1942 as a botanical garden. We even had a pineapple field. In the late 40s early 50s animals came to the garden. During the years we had good times.the last 19 years where less. And starting in 2012. A new management team of young professionals took over. To rebuild something so devastated will take some time.June 2016 the Masterplan shall be presented and the reconstruction will begin. Keep following. And was the development on a daily post.
  • Used to be a great place to visit, but now it seems to be falling apart. You can still see a ostrich, some birds and ducks, but it is not a pretty place to visit.
  • It's nice to visit this place to walk through the zoo and see some of the islands native animals. (Mostly birds) Though in recent years this place has really gone downhill and is in a badly maintained state.
  • Not enough animal
