Playa Kalki, Curacao

(3.6/5 based on 240+ reviews on the web)
A small cove known for its limestone cliffs, Playa Kalki offers a serene little spot from which to unwind, snorkel and dive. Half way down the smooth powder sands you'll find a dive shop and cafe, so grab a bite to eat or rent some scuba gear. If you're a diving enthusiast, find the airplane wreckage and head out to explore. Rent a sun lounger, and remember to wear swim shoes if you go swimming- the sea bed is a little rocky. • I love the beach as Kalki, with nature in and out of the water. Already at first glance I was charmed. She is a great little remarkable. White sand, crystal clear waters, with a bar that rent chairs and a good dive firm. On top of this, when I put my head in the water went into another world, a SideShow. A lot of marine life and with excellent visibility. I was hours in snorkeling advantage of your beauty.

  • This is a beach that is first for snorkeling lovers. You can swim there, but it's a small beach is what makes its beauty. Located at the Western tip of the island (all the way), a beach enclave on the edge of a small cliff. You have access to a diving center, a small restaurant with a beautiful terrace. You can rent sun loungers or simply lie on your towel. There is no cost of entry. We went there 3 times in order to better appreciate this small beach. Each time, there was not a lot of people. If you don't like crowds, you will enjoy this beach. For snorkeling, the visibility was good 2 times out of three and we have filmed fish that we had not seen at other beaches. The corner diving and swimming is delimited by a cable that you can easily exceeded. The last two items, we had brought our lunch and we had no problems to this effect. And you still have 35 km of road to get and of course for the return. We discovered this place when we did the tour of the island. We have visited more than a dozen beaches.
