  • The garden is lovely and exotic, there is a strange-looking pet rat in a cage and the tour guide, Roberto, is a riot. Highly recommend.  more »
  • Cute botanical garden was worth the short walk around and was only a minute or so from the main square. Also, there is a geocache in the garden if that is of interest.  more »

  • This place is my favorite local spot. You can visit with parrots and a jutia, see local fruit growing including cacao, and there's a cheap and well-stocked bar inside. The guide is entertaining and educational, if you opt for an informal tour.
  • While the botanical garden is nice it will not throw you over board with regards to the variety of plants in the garden. However, the little "casa particular" within it was charming with the lady owner cooking the best homemade food every evening.
  • Worth a short visit, excellent guide but don't expect too much from the garden.
  • Not worth it. Small place. Better go to Soroa's Orquideario.
  • Looks like someones Backyard. Still a nice place to catch some shade.
