  • Great place to start excursions. By Siboney made excursions with bus and taxi. Can I only recommend.

  • Dirty, grey and not very inviting. It not worth to visit the town beach, if continuing but about 10 km, comes a beautiful sandy beach with shadow and a small open-air restaurant.

  • After going to visit the Château de El Moro, we went for a ride into Playa Sibonay, not for swimming but to see this area of Santiago and have lunch in any good restaurant. The beach, desolate, just clean, coarse sand, sea dirt, but what struck me worse and I did it, was seeing many, many groups of Italian men seeking ... ... ... On the other hand, in a place where there are hordes of Italians, is definitely a great restaurant where you cook the fish perfectly. And we've got it all at the restaurant Elpidio and Yamile. Located under a thick foliage, fresh, with checked tablecloths (just like the sea in Italy) we tasted of langustine cooked to perfection, a pargo great, great with a dash of olive oil, rice, sweet potato fries, sodas, all at a price more than fair, for Cuba, 26 CUC in 5 people.
