  • A cemetery indispensable to know history of Cuba, and where is the tomb of José Martí, the national hero of Cuba

  • Enter hardly the cemetery, already admission is collected for foreigners. But well, it pays off: the first series of the cemetery, where also the Bacardi family is buried are really beautiful in white and work thanks to marble very well maintained. Farther back to get, the more ugly... Tip: on the hour, there is a nice parade!

  • Do not miss the changing of the guard, it is mind-boggling. Highlight the tombstones white color contrasted with the blue of the sky and the green of the palms. I thought it was beautiful even though a cemetery somewhere.
