  • What a moving and fitting tribute to this Argentinian hero of Cuba! We were fortunate that our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Che and spoke great English so she was able.....  more »
  • Tour guides in Cuba can be pretty poor, unfortunately, we had one such mute fellow and it spoilt our enjoyment of our visit to the mausoleum complex. Now I am back home and have researched the place....  more »
  • Really imposing structure from the outside - in keeping with the high regard in which Cubans still hold Che Guevara. Inside it has all sorts of items owned by Che and his colleagues. There are...  more »

  • It's "magnificent". Feels quite cool to stand here. However, as with most tourist attractions is that there is a lot of tourists.

  • The museum building is placed at the top of the hill, in a nice park. It is prohibited to take bags, cameras and mobile phones to the building. The museum presents life story of an idealistic and handsome doctor, who died young enough to become a legend. You can see some Guevara’s personal belongings – clothes, camera, diplomas, and of course, pistols and machine guns. Facsimile of his famous diaries, original medical diploma, dentist instruments and central bank banknotes (signed by the Che) also are available. There are some four rooms with exhibits. Depending on your interest, the tour takes about 20-40 minutes. There are public toilets in an outside buildings (in need of renovation). A pack of ubiquitous stray dogs live in the park. They, however, do not seem dangerous.
  • Nice museum but why you cannot make any photos ?! Worth visiting if you are nearby
  • Important part of Cuban history, please be advised Armed Army personnel on premises and NO camera allowed inside. It is worth it though
