  • Essentially, it is a vast National Park that combines environments very various. The tour is done by private car, but with a guide. That's a real plus, since he will lead you off the beaten path, to discover for example the many caves of the reserve. Landscapes alternate mangroves, ponds, cliffs of "dog teeth" and long deserted beaches; the fauna is rich: 180 species of bird, iguanas, bats, add and many pigs in semi-liberty... Be sure to complete the tour by two hours of lazing on the beaches close to the cabo San Antonio: kilometres of absolutely preserved coastline and a sea of dream...

  • Lovely area with sandy beaches and forests filled with diverse plants, birds, fish, and animals. Snorkeling isn't so great - had to swim more than 150-200 feet to get to a reef, and it wasn't so great...  more »
  • Nice to see virgin coastline and swim on pristing gulf beaches. The ever changing scenery and biodiversity took me back to when the Florida Keys were truly unspoiled.  more »
