Inspirock Rating:
4.4/5 based on 360+ reviews on the web
Explore Bellamar Caves, an ancient cavern system with intricate rock formations. Venture into the deepest caves in Cuba, which, discovered in 1861, rank among its oldest tourist attractions. Descend a large man-made staircase into the cavern, where you can explore 1 km (0.6 mi) of the vast system. Admire the stalactites, stalagmites, and glittering crystalline formations that grace the cavern walls, and consider taking a drink from the "fountains" of love and youth. • Place to visit en familia. Visit to the small museum at the entrance of the cave. Lunch or dinner in the restaurant next to the cave

  • It is to do, day Matanzas and cave. A shout out to the guide, that makes all the difference. Beautiful expedition. Avoid for the claustrophobic. Bring good shoes because the steps down are slippery (moisture and cold downhill). It is to see and do. For people who can go up and down a hundred markets.

  • Not very large but beautiful and fun. Good for going with children. Excursion lasts an hour, guides are well prepared and the knowledge you get is somewhat interesting....Would go again.
