  • Island easy to reach but that falls due to its peacefulness and naturalness. A few cars, amiable people, zero stress. The best beaches are in the South, difficult to reach if not with a road trip very uncomfortable or by boat from the hotel colony but ... worth it! white sand, blue sea and all this just for a few people. ever seen a sea so gorgeous without facilities or mass tourism. Also worth seeing are the presidio modelo, the Cathedral of bamboo, crocodile and poblado crocodile farm.

  • Meta very little tourism, one hotel the Colony a little out of the way is 40 km from Gerona. But anyway the island turns off easy. I stayed one day, great for those who want to engage in diving, then I moved to Gerona where my friends taking advantage of one of the many particular houses. price 20 per night. a huge thanks to Higino, the owner, and for his kindness and his kitchen (Cuban lobster on the day I left, the most delicious I've ever eaten). The black sand beach and a couple more are worth the trip, even the walk along the ' boulevard ' by Genona (single point with the wifi) and very pleasant. Great week thanks to my friends Gilberto, luis, pepo, macho ... and others

  • Is an island which has been forgotten in my point of view, this little place of cuba presents an excellent vegetation and a few natural places incredible, to the South of the island lies a flora and fauna incredible, stunning beaches, but the difficulty is in getting this place, the road is destroyed, and its entrance controlled by guards , but worth the difficulty. The so named Black Sands, is deteriorating and the services provided in very poor condition. If you like climbing, there are a few hills that moves amazing and you can expect the sunset is awesome. On the other hand there is very few places catering that provide quality service, I recommend the palate marriage and the treasure island. When the night falls is a quiet place to rest, but if these parties seeking, you screwed up place, because there are almost no places to go. I think that it is a place with great potential, but if this forgotten little is hara in this beautiful place.
