  • Rum is everywhere in Cuba, so we thought we should find out more about it, so came here. The tour was informative and interesting, but thought the size of the group was a little too big. I thought the...  more »
  • I've seen it 2 times, it costs about 7 cuc and te ponen guide that explains the history of rum and they show you a film and then bottles that exist at the end give you a shot Eron to finish the visit but what I like the Museum is that at the end you can get to the bar that there is a group of music live that I love as they do

  • If you have any interest in rum, or just how Cuba became the rum capitol of the world, be sure to stop by here. It is actually a good place for kids as there is an active display with working trains. ...  more »

  • A huge ripoff. For 7 CUC, I would expect a well-guided tour of a rum production facility. However, this museum only has models of the process. The guide explained nothing- he only translated the distilling terms into 10 different languages. At the end we got to try the 7-year rum, but instead of using the cool fancy glasses on the shelves, they gave us cheap plastic cups. The only thing that was well-done was the film on the history of rum in Cuba.
  • Like most of the tours in Havana except for our tour in a classic car, it was good, but also a little disappointing. Probably the best bit was sitting in the bar next to the museum and.drinking the 7 year old rum. You have to do it, but you may feel a little let down at the end of it.
  • There is a guided tour of the venue. The rhum is not actually produced there but they explain the machineries and process used to produce rhum. There is a shop (expensive for regular bottle, best deal for expensive ones). It is a cash only place.
  • Great displays about the traditional rum making process, complete with a miniature model of the rum factory. Rum for sale!
  • Nice and interesting. Store in the place.
