Interior Ministry/Ministerio del Interior, Havana
(3.6/5 based on 260+ reviews on the web)
An important feature of Havana's skyline, the striking memorial facade of Interior Ministry/Ministerio del Interior provides an important reminder of the Cuban Revolution. Located in the famous Plaza del Revolución, the building supports a vast bronze wire sculpture of two of Cuba’s deceased revolutionaries, Che Guevara and Camilo Cienfuegos, installed in 1995. The words “Until the Everlasting Victory, Always” and “You’re doing fine, Fidel” float in the air, on the front of the building. Grab a photo in front of the iconic facade before heading up the José Martí Memorial. Interior Ministry/Ministerio del Interior is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our international travel planner, Havana Edition.

  • It is one of the symbols of Cuba and is located in the Plaza de la Revolucion. The huge portrait of what a on the front of the Interior Ministry. Half mandatory. You can't enter and it shows from the square.

  • A normal building that has the sculpture of Ché on its facade and which for that reason has become known and photographed one of the symbols of Havana. Not to be missed make photos front and this beautiful sculpture.
