Fusterlandia, Havana

Categories: Neighborhoods, Tourist Spots
Inspirock Rating:
4.6/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web
Step into a world of wonder at Fusterlandia, a treasure trove of bright colors and wonderfully weird handmade installations covering every surface. One of Cuba's most iconic artists, Jose Fuster, designed and created the bold neighborhood, which now invites visitors to explore the maze of walkways and Picasso-influenced artwork dripping off every fence, street pole and roof. If you're lucky you'll meet Fuster's son, who explains the installations and his input. The neighbourhood stands in homage to the vibrant life of Cuba, and also has a gift shop where you can purchase prints and ceramics. Plan your Fusterlandia visit and explore what else you can see and do in Havana using our Havana vacation builder.
