  • It would be more than okay if it was open to public. It is a very interesting location, indeed, it is the oldest non-military building in Havana, occupies appr. 4 squares and has a magnificent inner patio with tropical vegetation and even tropical fruits! There is also one underground cript in the old church. The woodwork in the original ceiling is magnificent. The second cloister is even more interesting. Saddly the third and fourth cloisters are gone forever. A very important historic building, now abandoned but that deserves the attention of local and national government and is worth seeing by curious visitors.
  • Always closed. Not able to get inside.
  • It is currently empty and abandoned. Only it is headquarters of a cooperative which makes stained glass windows and other works with glass. The convent occupies a large area with many different locations.
