  • The fortress is interesting, but we went in the night and we couldn't see much. Recommend entering still by day.

  • Worth it for the beautiful view to the city of Havana. There is a handicraft market as soon as you arrive to the fortress and inside there is a store that sells cigars.

  • A great and magnificent place to visit. From here you can get the best pictures over Havana when you take a walk up on the wall. We didn't find any place where you could actually go inside the buildings aside from the small Chapel and some stores. The best thing is to come here in the evening to watch the Canon salute they have every evening at 09:00 Pm. Be there a good time before if you want good seats.
  • Don't miss the cayonazo!
  • It is a little bit forgotten place unfortunatelly...
  • Place historical
