For a local shopping experience head to Plaza La Estrella. Located near major resorts and hotels, the center is easily accessible. Within the center, you can shop for famous Cuban cigars, rum, and local handicrafts, in fact, the plaza features a handicrafts market as well as a few boutiques and several restaurants and bars. Food choices range from traditional to international cuisine. Head to the disco or a bar, or even the bowling alley for some entertainment. For fun, try Canchanchara, a local drink made from fermented molasses at Casa de la Miel. • It is a very nice place to take photos. It runs at 15'. The heat conspired against because it is pure cement and little shade by what the air conditioning in the business work like a balm. It can be reached with the bus turistic (2 CUC w/w) but attention because the bus stop circulating after noon and to return perhaps there is to hire a taxi with other values. I think that the greater use of this place is for the passengers of the Royalton hotel which has direct passage to the venue. I don't think is justified the visit coming from other hotels unless you want to buy handicrafts. This venue would have a performance more spectacular if offered things that not there are in them hotels, for example a disc very well installed, with competition of dance between tourists and shows of artists of sing or dance. You should put focus on running at full steam after dinner hours using the disc, bowling (bowling or bowling) and coffee that is in place. As it works now it is a little busy and bucolic site.
