  • In the colonial Centre of Camagüey, today Museum memorial of Ignacio Agramonte settles in his birthplace, a very elegant mansion from the beginning of the 18th century in very good state of conservation. Insofar as it transposes the input, accessing a first courtyard, Spanish mudejar style, where you can see the tinajones characterizing always to this city, and the use that is given (rain water storage, see photo) in its various rooms and three floors, the domestic life of yesteryear, furniture and personal and domestic objects of time can be appreciated. Among them, I highlight two pieces of Dutch porcelain (pitchers) from the year 1575. Also documents and photos that illustrate about the events of the Cuban separatist wars of the 19th century involving the greater Agramonte in particular, and the camagueyanas hosts are displayed in particular.
