  • By visiting the Gallery remained very conflicting impressions. We were the only visitors quite majestic buildings constructed not without architectural delights. The exposition is located on the third floor, stairs-the whole building, broad, with large spans. The ticket costs 30 Kuna. No wardrobe, we suggested that you leave your clothes on the Chair near the ticket sales or go to explore, without undressing, as in the halls of the cold. Indeed, heating launched just for us, and only towards the end of the inspection of the temperature reached a relatively comfortable level. The exposition itself is a personal collection the Strossmayer plus gifts of local collectors and philanthropists. That is meeting with mostly quite erratic, with the exception of the beginning of the exposition, where spiritual painting 13-16 centuries. This part of the collection and enjoyed more. Delight special visiting have not experienced. but absolutely lost time do not believe.

  • Very cool gallery for those interested in Renaissance and early 17th/18 century art, though it's heavy on biblical art of the 15th/16th centuries. Light on descriptions unless you speak Croatian. Good for observing the pieces, not so good for learning history etc. Located in a beautiful historical building.
  • Really great interior. In winter time outside square is winter wonderland.
