  • Mimara has a fine and diverse collection. Make sure to read the history of the museum and the story of Ante Topić Mimara, the man who gave life to it. The building itself is also from the late 19th ce...  more »
  • During a trip in the camper, in Zagreb, wandering the galleries of Naive Art, by chance we discovered this extraordinary Museum, result of the donation of the Yugoslav State was the distant patron Mimara 1988. During the war with Serbia was in great anxiety for the fate of this extraordinary space that encloses the art in the world. Now I urge everyone not to miss the opportunity of a long visit that will be a beautiful memory even for young children!

  • A beautiful Museum, named after the art collector, who laid the foundations of the collection. Diverse and impressive, especially the art gallery on the third floor is worth as well as the collection of old glasses the visit. Positive: free Web access for the description of many art objects via mobile phone. Unfortunately, no clear information on the role of ante topic Mimara in the acquisition of works of art and the history of their provenance. This Web search is perhaps useful. With this caveat: A recommended Museum.

  • Mimara museum is a wonderfully curated museum which offers a unique view on the rich and varied art collection with works of the ancient world as well as of the European art from the early Middle Ages to the 20th century. One can also rent the space for various dinners and parties. I've attended a wedding hosted in the museum and was blown away by the decor and the ambiance.
  • Famous museum with arts collected and donated by Ante Topić Mimara. The museum is named after him.
  • Wonderful museum. 😄😄
  • It is one of Zagreb biggest museums and very characteristic when visiting the city. The exhibition itself is no big deal, even if you had visited other european museums. You can acquire an audio guide in different languages.
  • Great exibitions
