Stand in front of Walls of Dubrovnik, and see why this city bears the title "Pearl of the Adriatic." A World Heritage Site since 1979, the city walls were constructed mainly during the 12th through the 17th centuries. The walls run uninterrupted for 1,940 m (6,365 ft), encircling the city, and you can access them via three different entrances. Walk over the ancient walls that were never breached by a hostile army during medieval times. Explore the complex system of bastions, casemates, towers, and detached forts. Put Walls of Dubrovnik and other Dubrovnik attractions into our Dubrovnik trip itinerary website, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • As one of the few intact medieval walls around Europe it is a must to wander around the walls. We were there when covid restrictions were just being lifted so there were not too many people. This...

  • Definitely worth the price and the photos from the top are priceless. Walk the whole way around and then stop and get an ice cream.

  • Extremely expensive for what you get. Nice view of the city.
  • Loved Dubrovnik!!! Remarkable place, the old city is a wonderful piece of history, perfectly preserved. The circular old town is encompassed by the old city walls. The cobbled streets and lanes within haven't changed much for nearly a thousand years. Amazing. The food is also very good, I rate the cuisine here, I thought it was in many ways superior to anywhere else I'd eaten.
  • Nice view, but ticket overpriced
  • Worth visiting. Great historical site.
  • Not much to say - visit it and you won't regret it.
