(4.4/5 based on 900+ reviews on the web)
Mljet, Croatia's greenest island, features Mediterranean vegetation, crystal clear water, a gentle shoreline, and abundant marine life. Don't miss sampling the locally made wine, olives, and goat cheese. Head to on the northern part of the island to explore the dense Mediterranean forest of one of Croatia's national parks. A car ferry and a faster catamaran ferry will take you to Dubrovnik and Peljesac Peninsula. With our custom trip planner, Dubrovnik attractions like Mljet can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

  • A true paradise as was the rest of Croatia. The island is unique with its lakes in the middle of the sea. The sea is gorgeous with its colours and many shades of blue and green. It is not uncommon to see dolphins and turtles but also starfish and other marine organisms. It is worth seeing.

  • Beautiful island and its national park, its green forest, the songs of the cicadas, its two inland lakes and don't miss the Sainte Marie island and monastery

  • I go to Croatia sailing for 20 years and now I know every island. Two years ago we were in Mljet and fell in love. Beautiful park of both land and sea, held by God heaven! We left the boat at anchor and did the tour of the island by bicycle, has beautiful paths, both on the plain around the Salt Lake that were found at the Center must make the bathroom and up the mountains. Worth the money to pay the ticket to the park entrance. No motorized is permitted to enter the Park and that's what is so nice and clean. A Pearl in the Adriatic! Crystal clear water and rich in fish. Very friendly people and nice restaurants.
