  • This former monastery of wandering Muslim Dervish monks, the most interesting historical object in Evpatoria, which recommend everyone to visit. Be sure to take a tour to learn about Sufism and the rites of Dervishes. Tekie Itself, or the Khanqah ( abode)-building 15-16 century, the only well-preserved Muslim medieval monastery in the Crimea. Interesting clothing, supplies and musical instruments of the Dervishes, familiar to me in Morocco. among the dervishes were women, this is what I've learned here for the first time. Sacred colors in Sufism is golden and blue. chivalry in Europe went from sufitskih orders of Dervishes.

  • In Tekie Dervishes could get only the third trip to Evpatoria, and is sorry that visited the area. Necessarily recommend inspection it is with a guided tour. Problems with photography there. In addition to exploring Tekie, there is a small museum, which Exposition though and took 3 small halls, but very interesting. This is and old photographs, and reconstruction of the situation room of the krymsko-Tatar House. But more than just impressed by reconstruction of combat arms soldiers vestments and different peoples inhabiting Crimea: skiff, Greek, Turk, considerable, Crimean Tatars and rusyches. Recommend to visit.
