  • A bright, airy and summery Orthodox church. Not typical. But perfect for a seaside resort in the south.  more »
  • Sacred Nikolay chudotvortsa's Church necessarily displayed on the popular excursion "little Jerusalem". The temple was built to commemorate the liberation of Evpatoria and all of Crimea from the Anglo-French-Turkish troops during the Crimean War. He also is second in the Crimea on height, area and capacity accommodates 2000 parishioners. More the Vladimir Cathedral in Chersonesos. If you look closely, you will notice that the temple is decorated with three types of crosses. On the fence — St George (epitomize the military prowess of the fallen in the Crimean War), on the columns — Byzantine (underline the fact that Evpatoria Cathedral is a miniature copy of St. Sophia in Constantinople), and the domes is Russian Orthodox. The Cathedral is a beautiful both externally and internally. You should definitely go here.

  • Cathedral of Saint Nicholas roomy. Look at him-as if covered with a huge hat. Inside fits up to two thousand parishioners. Want to go straight to the Church of St. Nicholas. And you can go on the road in the Juma-Jami mosque. Or vice versa. Or spread their trips for two days, as we did. Golly, you will luck everywhere if you live with an open heart. Maybe because and "caps" Cathedral and mosque are similar? And know that this Cathedral visited Suvorov? Don't miss and you-and you will feel the grandeur of the Orthodox faith.
