Not worth for anything worthwhile to pay $ 16 per person. There are 3 nothing impressive waterfalls that can be seen on any site without paying, only 1 of them is worth the walk. The facilities are nothing cared.

It was such an amazing trip! We spend the afternoon walking across the waterfalls, while we were the only visitors at that moment. The nature is beautiful, the Parc is beautiful and so are the waterfa...  more »

-First thing, the guy at the front desk tried to rip us off on the price, when I did noticed my husband in french, he immediately dropped its price (but not yet at the price announced by the various guides!). -DO a 4 x 4 to get to the place of the parking (not guarded and we were the only ones). -Stairs and paths not maintained for years, a kind of tube as ramp, further down to the last less there are of trail. -The waterfalls are beautiful, but the water is muddy for swimming to the opposite of that of La Fortuna. - Either these falls are $ 5, and take advantage of falls in nature, either $ 15 and expected when even a minimum of maintenance.

Visited today. Place was easy to find. Very welcoming family. Definitely recommend a 4x4 vehicle with relatively decent clearance to get down the road to the 2nd parking lot where the hiking starts - LOTS of bumps in the road and worth taking your time. Hike was enjoyable. Waterfalls were breathtaking. Downside is that they have 2 taps that are labelled as having drinking water, neither of which worked. Wasn't a huge deal since we brought our own, but we were a sweaty mess by the end and could have used the extra hydration. We swam in the 3rd waterfall. Was fairly shallow and not a lot of rocks on the bottom. Thrilling experience. Would rate moderate difficulty. Essentially 1km uphill on the way back. We both do the stair master on a regular basis and this had us out of breath. There was only one other couple there at the same time, so if you're looking for something less crowded and off the beaten path, this is a great way to go. $16 per person, money well spent.
