  • Nice resque park where they take good care of animals. Different kind of animals are present: sloths, monkeys, parrots, tucans, iguanas, and many other.  more »

  • Lots of beautiful animals and birds. It is being remodeled so I look forward to see visit again soon. My kids loved it! (not worth comparing with US zoos... But it is worth visiting)
  • Nice little walk through a small park. Sadly the lion Cuba gave them died a few days before our visit. In general the place feels a little run down.
  • We paid 5,400.00 Colones for two people to go in and see 1 or 2 animals on a 3x3 cage. NOT impressed or happy to see such small habitat for those inocent creatures!
  • Extremely cruel. For a country that's apparently at the forefront of conservation, this is disgraceful. Do not go, do not support this. San José, sort your Zoo out!
  • Very nice place to walk, could be better but i enjoyed going and living almost right next to it.
