Travel back in time to the 19th century with a visit to Pueblo Antiguo, a replica village set between 1880 and 1930. Located inside the “Parque Diversions” amusement park, the old town spreads over 4 ha (12 ac) and aims to recreate Costa Rican culture, traditions, and architecture. The town consists of five sections: The City, The Country, The Coast, Costa Rican Experiences, and Costa Rican Nights. In each of these, immerse yourself in the cultural heritage of the time, from horse and cart rides, to boat trips, live music, re-enactments, and old-fashioned shops.
