  • This city's large downtown and historic space is meeting point for locals and visitors. There is located the iconic Theatre national and the Museum of gold pre-Columbian. Well kept and clean. An obliged point of visit in the capital...

  • Explore the culture square is found with a historical landscape, because there is the magnificent Teatro Nacional, but at the same time modern, because it has been renewed. The pre-Columbian gold Museum is located below the square. Waters there are dancers and many pigeons that kids love to feed them.

  • It is an emblematic place for Costa Ricans, however we contribute little to the improvement and maintenance of the product, sometimes neglect it when not put trash in its place and also in standing ovations are situations of insecurity that cannot be avoided

  • Important landmark in Costa Rican urban scene. Mildly dangerous due to criminality though.
  • I think the center of San Jose cture can be watched from here. If you like people wat hing, if you want to eat, a coffee, or something sweet, or even a museum, or the theatre, everything is around (or below) it. Many people goes around and through it on daily basis. Piece of advice, no matter where you are in the world, always take care of your belongings, not because it is this place, but because visitors tend to be less 'alert' in foreign places ;)
  • This is were everybody normally meets when doing downtown activities. The National Theater is part of the Plaza as is a museum down below. Open and his for the eye.
  • La pase bien
  • Classic place, you can see the real average Costa Rican
